"How do you create a mutally beneficial micro-grant/micro-project website for artists and photographers"

The idea spawned out of micro-lending/credit websites such as kiva.org and accion.org. The greater idea comes from the seed that the investor/collector would be able to fund an artist/photographer. Within the confines of this investment would acquire "X" number of orginals from the body of work collected.
